He is a Subject matter expert in conducting Sales Maximization Program, Sales Management Development Programs, Sales Leadership Programs, Basic & Advanced Customer Service Skills, Leadership Skills, Attitude Change & Motivation; Train the Trainer & Master Trainer programs.
He has completed his Masters in Psychology, Management Studies with Specialization in Sales & Marketing and has more than 20 yrs experience in Sales Training, Coaching & Consulting.
He has been trained and certified on world class Sales certifications such as SPIN, TACK, Red Hat Sales Certification, Sales Train The Trainer and Sales Master Trainer Certifications.
He is a certified ‘A’ Level Trainer for conducting open workshops. And has conducted open programs for TSL (The School of Leadership) & ETKF Economic Times Knowledge Forum.
He has been with various Training Organizations such as NIS Sparta, Hero Mind Mine, Accord Consultants, TMI, Sales Lab, Idea 7, Sewells Group, Bodhi, Expert Solutions, VSS, Sales Excellence as a full time and associate consultant.
He has also supported more than 50 Sales Trainers PAN India in getting them associated with various Agencies and generating more than 3 crs business. Most of these trainers have joined MNC’s as full-time trainers and few of them have their own Training Organizations.
His main strength being program customization, process implementation and action plan.
